Jason Squires Becomes First Chief Operations Officer for Cedar Lake
Louisville, KY (August 15 15, 2016) — Cedar Lake is pleased to announce Jason Squires, Vice President of Operations, has been promoted to Cedar Lake’s first-ever Chief Operations Officer (COO). This newly created position will ensure the continued success of the Intermediate Care Facility and Waiver service divisions, and provide administrative oversight for property management, maintenance and housekeeping and Information Technology. Jason will also lead the Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement (QA/QI) initiatives to ensure all Cedar Lake operations are performing at high levels of efficiency and service delivery, and he will co-lead the Senior Operations Team along with the President and CEO, Chris Stevenson. Jason will play a pivotal role in macro-level operational issues, including metrics & dashboarding, budget analysis, and profitability measures along with QA/QI efforts.
