Cedar Lake’s Transportation Services are designed to meet the unique needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities—supporting their independence, health, and quality of life. Our professionally staffed, wheelchair-accessible vehicles provide safe, scheduled transportation to a wide range of destinations across Jefferson, Oldham, Henry, and Shelby counties.
Whether someone lives in a Cedar Lake residence or is supported by family or another provider, our transportation services are available to help get them where they need to go. We proudly serve both Medicaid waiver-eligible and private pay clients, offering dependable, person-centered transportation that promotes inclusion and community connection.
