Sycamore Run 1 and Sycamore Run 2 are celebrating an outstanding accomplishment: both facilities have achieved deficiency-free annual surveys. This achievement reflects the dedication, professionalism, and compassion of the staff who go above and beyond to provide high-quality care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Opened to provide a nurturing, home-like environment, Sycamore Run 1 and 2 are licensed Intermediate Care Facilities in LaGrange, Kentucky, each supporting four individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The homes emphasize not only exceptional clinical and behavioral care but also meaningful community engagement—helping each resident build relationships, pursue personal interests, and live fulfilling, connected lives.
Residents at Sycamore Run benefit from a highly individualized level of support, including 24-hour direct care, access to nursing services, and therapeutic supports.
Administrator Scott Stewart praised the achievement, stating, “Achieving deficiency-free surveys at both Sycamore Run 1 and 2 is a reflection of our team’s dedication and heart. Every day, our staff demonstrate an unwavering commitment to providing quality care, dignity, and opportunities for the individuals we support.”
