Employers partnering with Cedar Lake gain access to motivated and dedicated workers who are supported by a Community Integration Specialist (CIS). This job coach provides tailored on-the-job training and support, starting with frequent visits and gradually tapering as the employee grows more confident and independent in their role. This seamless support system ensures a smooth transition for both employer and employee.
