In honor of World Down Syndrome Day (WDSD) on March 21, Cedar Lake is excited to share an uplifting stories that defies stereotypes and honors the vibrant life of Hope through the Cedar Lake Family Home Providers program.
Officially recognized by the United Nations since 2012, WDSD serves as a global platform to advocate for the rights, inclusion, and well-being of individuals with Down syndrome. This year, Cedar Lake is seizing the opportunity to shine a spotlight on Hope, a remarkable individual who embodies the essence of living a fulfilling life beyond societal expectations.
