Throughout the year, Cedar Lake hosts a variety of fundraising events, including the Heart of Cedar Lake Breakfast, the Cedar Lake Golf Tournament, and the Cedar Lake Stroll. Sponsorship opportunities are available for those who wish to support these events.

Heart of Cedar Lake Ceremony
The Heart of Cedar Lake Awards Breakfast is an annual spring event celebrating the individuals, families, and community partners who make a meaningful difference in the lives of those served by Cedar Lake. Attendees come together to honor outstanding contributions, hear inspiring stories, and learn more about the programs and initiatives that support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The event offers a variety of participation options, including table and individual ticket purchases, as well as sponsorship opportunities for organizations and individuals who wish to further support Cedar Lake’s mission. It is a meaningful morning of recognition, community connection, and giving back.
Cedar Lake Golf Tournament
The Cedar Lake Golf Tournament is an exciting annual event held each spring at the premier Hurstbourne Country Club, offering a full day of golf, camaraderie, and community support. Team registration is available, making it easy to enjoy the event with friends, family, or colleagues. Sponsorship opportunities are also offered for those who wish to support Cedar Lake’s mission while gaining visibility in the community. It’s a day of fun, competition, and giving back.
Cedar Lake Stroll
The Cedar Lake Stroll is an all-abilities walk held each October at Cedar Lake Lodge, designed to bring together participants of all ages and abilities for a day of fun, community, and support. Individuals and groups are encouraged to form teams, making it a great way for families, friends, and coworkers to come together and make a difference. Participants can enjoy a variety of activities including games, music, food, and engaging entertainment throughout the day.
The Stroll provides a unique opportunity to connect with the Cedar Lake community, meet other supporters, and celebrate the achievements of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. By participating, walkers help raise essential funds that support Cedar Lake’s programs and services, ensuring that individuals have access to meaningful opportunities, skill-building experiences, and a true sense of belonging. Whether walking, cheering on a team, or enjoying the festivities, the Cedar Lake Stroll is a memorable, inclusive event that highlights the importance of community, advocacy, and giving back.
Cedar Lake Bourbon Raffle
The Cedar Lake Bourbon Raffle is one of the organization’s signature fundraisers, offering participants the chance to win rare, highly sought-after, and allocated bourbon packages.
