We are proud to announce the promotion of Ben Zuckschwerdt, PMP, SHRM-CP, to Vice President of Human Resources at Cedar Lake.
Since joining Cedar Lake in 2015, Ben has become a trusted leader and advocate for our employees and the individuals we support. Ben’s leadership has been especially important as Cedar Lake continues to grow and evolve to meet the needs of the individuals we support. His ability to build strong relationships, implement strategic initiatives, and focus on the employee experience has helped position Cedar Lake as an employer committed to both excellence and compassion.
As Vice President of Human Resources, Ben will continue to lead efforts focused on talent development, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational culture. His combination of human resources expertise, project management experience, and dedication to our mission makes him an outstanding addition to Cedar Lake’s executive leadership team.
